Method

  1. Mix the flour, icing sugar and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add in the milk slowly, whisking vigorously to break up any lumps.
  3. Add in the eggs and mix.
  4. Add in the melted butter.
  5. Strain the batter.
  6. Heat up a saucepan and grease it with some butter.
  7. Pour a small ladle of batter into the pan and swirl the batter around.
  8. Flip the crepe over to cook the other side.
  9. Remove to a tray.
  10. Note: it is important that the crepe is as fine as possible.
  11. Serve with fruits and desired sauce.
