Fish of the Day En Papilotte

Method

  1. Slice all the vegetables and get your parchment ready. (1 Parchment for each fillet)
  2. With each parchment, later on the sliced vegetables, lemons, fish, salt and pepper, thyme, butter and almost completely closed up.
  3. Lastly dash you wine into each parchment and close it up. Bake at 180 Deg C for 20 minutes, then let rest for about 3-4 mins before serving.
