Method
- Slice all the vegetables and get your parchment ready. (1 Parchment for each fillet)
- With each parchment, later on the sliced vegetables, lemons, fish, salt and pepper, thyme, butter and almost completely closed up.
- Lastly dash you wine into each parchment and close it up. Bake at 180 Deg C for 20 minutes, then let rest for about 3-4 mins before serving.
