Ingredients: 3 tsp Agar agar powder; 100 g Castor Sugar; 335 ml water; 150 ml coconut milk; colouring (optional)

Method

Boil all ingredients together until sugar dissolved
Remove from heat. Stir in coloring(optional) and mix well.
Pour mixture into mooncake moulds.
