Pasta Salad

Method

  1. In a large salted boiling water, cook pasta, then drain, oiled and chilled.
  2. In the same salted water, blanch your broccoli, drain, oiled and chill.
  3. Cut up and prep cucumber, onions and cherry tomatoes.
  4. Mix all your ingredients for the dressing, grate the lemon zest and juice and dress with salt and pepper.
  5. Mix all your ingredients: pasta, broccoli, vegetables, dressing.
  6. Served Chilled.
