Quesada Pasiega (Cantabrian Cheescake)

Serves about 4 · from D'Open Kitchen

Method

  1. Cream butter and sugar, and then incorporate eggs and vanilla.
  2. Further incorporate cheese, salt and milk, little by little.Lastly incorporate the flour & lemon zest.
  3. Pour the mixture into an appropriate baking shallow baking dish and bake at 180 deg C for roughly 30 minutes to 40 minutes or until cooked.
  4. Let the cake cool before serving.

Notes

  1. Normally served with fresh fruit and/or jam - so up to you
