Method

  1. Blanch broccoli and carrot for 1- 2 minutes in boiling water. Remove and set aside.
  2. Mix soya seasoning . Set aside.
  3. Heat wok, add oil. When oil gets hot, add garlic and stir fry till fragrant.
  4. Add in shitake and honshimeji mushroom. Stir fry for 1 minute.
  5. Add in carrot, chilli, and broccoli; and then stir fry.
  6. Stir in the soya seasoning mix and continue to stir fry.
  7. Taste and add salt only if required. Serve.
