Stir Fry Kailan with mushroom

Serves about 4 · from D'Open Kitchen

Method

  1. Mix the mushroom liquid with oyster sauce
  2. Heat up a pot of water.
  3. Blanch the vege in the water for a few minutes. ( around 4 mins )
  4. Drain and add the vege to some cold water.
  5. Heat up 1 tbsp oil and stir fry shallots then garlic. Add mushrooms and stir fry
  6. Add mushroom liquid.
  7. When mushrooms turn soft, add the kailan vege and oyster sauce with mushroom liquid.
  8. Stir fry briefly for around 20 seconds and season to taste.
