Method
- In a big pot of boiling water, boil the cubed yams for 5 minutes. Add the cubed sweet potatoes for another 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan on low heat, add water and pandan leaves and let is steep for about 5 to 10 mins or until the water perfumes.
- Pour in the sugar to dissolve and lastly the coconut milk w/ salt & sago.
- Bring it to a simmer before switching off the heat. Serve hot or cold.
