Method
Chicken
- Score the thighs and pound chicken evenly flat at thumb size.
- Marinade chicken with spices seasoning, cayenne, garlic powder and milk.
- Breading
- Heat up oil and standby breading.
- Flour, egg, panko.
- Fry till Golden brown and set aside to cool.
Gravy
- Heat up pan for Golden Brown roux.
- Milk, season and thicken.
