Method
- Cut Carrot Cake into cube size bites. Rinse the Chai Poh and let dry.
- Using a large flat fry pan, add the oil when pan in almost smoking hot. Then add in the sliced carrot cake to saute.
- Add in the chai poh and garlic when the carrot cake starts to brown and continue to cook for a few minutes. Lower the heat of your pan to medium.
- Add in all your sauces with optional chilli
- Lastly add in the eggs to cook.
- When the eggs are set, add in the bean sprouts and spring onions to finish.
