Fried Carrot Cake MSIA

Method

  1. Cut Carrot Cake into cube size bites. Rinse the Chai Poh and let dry.
  2. Using a large flat fry pan, add the oil when pan in almost smoking hot. Then add in the sliced carrot cake to saute.
  3. Add in the chai poh and garlic when the carrot cake starts to brown and continue to cook for a few minutes. Lower the heat of your pan to medium.
  4. Add in all your sauces with optional chilli
  5. Lastly add in the eggs to cook.
  6. When the eggs are set, add in the bean sprouts and spring onions to finish.
