Molten Lava Cake

Serves about 8 · from D'Open Kitchen

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C and grease the ramekins.
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter together until smooth.
  3. Whisk in the sugar, then the eggs, and finally fold in the flour.
  4. Divide the batter among the ramekins.
  5. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until the edges are set but the centre is still soft. Dust with powder and serve with strawberries.
