Nasi Lemak Coconut Rice Recipe

Method

  1. Soak the rice for 30 minutes, then drain.
  2. Add the pandan leaves, ginger, coconut milk, hot water and salt to the rice and cook in the rice cooker for 15-20 minutes, or until fluffy.
