Roti Jala (Malay Crepe)

Method

  1. Mix flour,turmeric and Salt in a bowl.Mix well and form a well.
  2. Pour in wet ingredients(Egg,water and coconut milk), Mix evenly and Strain.
  3. Brush Oil into pan and preheat to medium heat.
  4. Pour Batter into Roti Jala Cup/Strainer ½ only.Move in circular motion while pouring.
  5. Cook till set and set aside to cool down.
  6. Repeat process,roll crepe to desired shape and plate.
