Som Tam Salad

Method

  1. Shred the green papaya/mango and carrot, then soak in some water.
  2. Blend the sugar, garlic, chilies, prawn, and peanuts then add lime juice, fish sauce and mix to a dressing.
  3. In a big bowl, add all the ingredients together and toss with added peanuts.
