Method

  1. Arrange the shredded carrot, cucumber, daikon, chilli, peanuts, pickled ginger and parsley on a large platter.
  2. Mix the dressing ingredients (plum sauce, water and sesame oil) together.
  3. Scatter the crackers and toasted sesame seeds, drizzle over the dressing, then toss together and enjoy.
