In a separate bowl, mix all marinade ingredients until smooth.
Marinate the Chicken
Pour marinade over the chicken and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 12 hours for best flavor).
Cook the Chicken
Option 1 – Pan-fry: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions and sweat and add marinated chicken and stir-fry until fully cooked and slightly caramelized (~8–10 min).
Serve
Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions.
Serve with rice, lettuce wraps, or as part of a Korean meal set.
