Method

  1. In a large saucepat/pot, combine the red bean and water w/ salt and bring to a simmer and texture.
  2. In another pot of boiling water, boil through the glutinous rice balls to tender.
  3. Combine red bean sauce and rice balls to serve. Add condense milk to extra cream & sweetness as desired.
  4. Notes for Trish:
  5. For the red bean paste, this recipe will work for the mooncake red bean paste.
  6. Glutinous ball is the coloured ones from ntuc
