Gado Gado (Indo Styled Peanut Sauce Salad)

Method

  1. Make the peanut sauce by blending everything except for the hot water in a food processor. Add just sufficient coconut milk to smooth out the dressing.
  2. Boil you eggs, and potatoes and keep the poaching water to poach your cabbage, beansprouts and snake beans.
  3. Deep fry your Tofu & sliced up cucumber
  4. Finally mix together all the ingredients and dress with peanut sauce to serve.
  5. redmart can use tauhu goreng - then don't have to deep fry again, simpler
