Roll your pastry to desired thinness - then make 3 equal incisions and twist the bottom out.
Deep fry at 180 deg C or until golden brown. Drain the excess oil.
Drizzle syrup over cookies while sprinkling sesame seeds.
Wait to cool and serve.

Combine sugar and water in a saucepan on medium low heat and dissolve all the sugar while stirring.
Let it rest for a few minutes before adding the cinnamon.
