Pandan Muffins Revised by Trish)

Serves about 4 · from D'Open Kitchen

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 deg C.
  2. Combine flour and baking powder, sift and set aside.
  3. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy and white. Add the eggs one by one. Spin a medium  speed until well blended. Add the flour mixture alternately with milk until finish (part by part). Then add pandan paste, mix well.
  4. Fill the batter into the muffin cups 2/3 full and bake for 20-25 mins.
