Sukiyaki (Vegetarian)

Serves about 4 · from D'Open Kitchen

Method

  1. Prepare all the ingredients:
  2. Blanch udon/shirataki noodles in required.
  3. Slice the cabbage, leek, spring onions, enoki, shiitake, tofu & carrot.
  4. Premix the sukiyaki sauce.
  5. Add in the dashi stock and bring to a simmer; then slowly add your prepared ingredients with 1/2 sukiyaki sauce mix and let it simmer until cooked.
  6. Adjust the sauce if you wish it sweeter to add in more sukiyaki sauce.
  7. Crack an egg in the middle before serving.

  9. Make sure you get the artificial rice vinegar so its freaking halal
