Method
- Make the yakisoba sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
- Heat wok with oil. Saute the garlic and onions until fragrant.
- Add in the cabbage, leek, carrot, mushrooms and pork belly.
- Saute untill vegetables turned soft. Add in the soba noodles.
- Pour in the yakisoba sauce and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- Season with mirin, soy sauce and black pepper / salt (optional).
- Serve on plate and garnish with ginger, bonito flakes and sprinkle some sesame seeds.
